Ups and Downs of Trinity University

Why the heck am I going to Trinity University?  That is the question I asked my self not once but a billion times before getting here.  All I basically knew about Trinity was that I would be living in Texas, and for Christ sake what was I going to do there???  I never went on line to check out the campus, dorms, and worst of all the BATHROOMS… I just came!  There where no last minute changes; I was on the plane on my way to San Antonio.

Getting here was a huge hazard but that’s not the point of this blog.  My first impression of this university was YES I love it! I loved my dorm, Witt 1st, and I couldn’t be happier about my bathroom, I didn’t have to share it with 20 other girls, who I knew absolutely nothing about.  Physically my old school and Trinity are very similar they are small, unique, and definitely a bubble.   My expectations of Trinity completely changed once I got here… I realized that I would live in a beautiful campus that is clean, green, walking distance, and modern.  Seriously I wouldn’t be able to ask for more.  Well obviously the most important part of being here is academic wise… and yes I did know that Trinity is a great university that has a strong liberal arts program.

The one thing that is very disappointing about Trinity is the food.  I really was looking forward to tasteless bad food with no variety.  But for my bad luck the freshmen 15 is definitely going to be my case.  The food here is great and there is so much to choose from although I don’t like the times Maybe and Coats open and close.  Overall I now that I will make of there four next years the best ones in my life.
